When my client leased this space, it looked like an institution. It was a sterile, computer server room with a raised access floor that the landlord wouldn’t let us cover. The floor was the worst part about this space. The large massive white tiles with dark grout (that required a suction cup to lift and remove) were hideous. Many of them were dangerously wobbly and had holes cut in them to run the wires below. After meeting with the landlord and explaining the Interface product, which requires no nails, glue, or other adhesives, he agreed to allow us to cover it. All of the colors selected were chosen for cohesiveness with the Allstate Brand and the large custom panels were made to visually divide the waiting area from the working area.

Before Renovation
